The biggest reason for me making the Audio Liminal CD's is, I
believe we have the ability to talk ourselves into and out of habits and/or behaviors which are
Good for Us or Bad for Us. I have purchased over the years many self help
tapes and books, I used Subliminal tapes for Weight Loss and Stopping Procrastination.
These always helped as long as I used them. But, as time went on I would
start to listen a little less, eat a little more do a little less, I crept back into my old
habits before I made a real change. Because, well,,, you know, picking up the books or putting in the tapes, then

Today in 2005 I know very few people who don't have a CD
player. They are very inexpensive, they're on all newer and most older
computers, in fact,,,, They're Everywhere!!!! Almost All of them have the
ability to let you Repeat a CD, playing it Over,
and Over, and Over again until the power is shut off. Yes,,, now I don't have to turn the tape over
anymore because I have a REPEAT BUTTON on my CD Player! For
about the same price you would pay for a Music CD, the Audio Liminal Message CD can play an
important part in helping you make
the changes in your life you are desiring. And, It's yours forever to be
used whenever you feel you need it!
 These are CD-R CD's.
Your CD Player must be able to play CD-R
and CD-RW CD's. Some Home
Entertainment CD / DVD Players do not support this type of formatted CD.
Check your CD / DVD Players instruction booklet for compatibility. If you can
play a Copy of a Music CD made from your home computer in your CD player, you
should be able to play any and all of the Audio Liminal CD's. 1.
If you don't have a CD player you should buy one. A $30.00 to $50.00
investment for
a portable player with repeat capability is an investment you'll be able to
enjoy for a very long time. And when you do buy a CD Player ask the Sales
Person if it has the Repeat capability and plays CD-R CD's.
Make sure you get what you want. 2.
Listen to the words on your Audio Liminal CD. Get to know what is being
said. 3. Play the
Audio Liminal CD in Repeat Mode as you do your daily routines. Audio
Liminal doesn't need to be turned up loud all the time. sleep but,
Do Not Go
To Bed Or Sleep Wearing Headphones. Note:
It still takes a commitment and an effort from you to play this CD at every
possible opportunity. You cannot listen to the CD only once or twice and
expect results. As with every worthwhile thing in life, it takes time,
effort and dedication to achieve the desired results. By itself the Audio Liminal
CD is a Powerful Tool to help you in making a change. However, it is best used in conjunction with your
preferred method of change, not as the only means to promote change. 4.
If you're allowed to listen to a CD Player at work and you're not doing a job where
the repeated messages on the Audio Liminal CD would distract you or anyone else,
take it with you. However,,, Because the message is repeated over and over
